Couldn't have enjoyed the hotel/condo more. Great location, great service, super house keeping (clean, clean, clean!), excellent value and amenities. We will come back.

LOve this place. Location A++. Service and Friendliness A++, Cleanliness A++. Kitchen and bath so beautiful we want to take them home. Beds super comfy. Patio over pool area was wonderful place to relax. Can't think of any negatives (except maybe ac unit was a little noisy for sleeping.)

The unit we stayed in and the common areas were really top-notch -- very clean, attractive, and well maintained. The hot tub was wonderfully soothing, offering a variety of jets and seating unlike the typical hotel/condo hot tub. The concierge went out of her way to be helpful; truly the best concierge I've met in all my travels. The noise was an issue at times as we could hear conversations from the unit next door.

We've been coming to Aspen for decades and have stayed at just about every place. Aspen Square has a super location, friendly staff, & it's nice and clean! Close to everything. The room we got this year was better than last year, bigger. A great value, too. The brownies from the manager was a nice touch for returning customers - and they are yummy! Thanks - we will return!

We stayed in apt 106 (ground floor, view towards the ski area), 2 bedrooms, with a party of 5. Sofabed in living room was good. Space just OK. Excellent layout for the purposes. Nice personal touch in furniture and decoration. A great bonus: the jacuzzi's outside: nice for relaxing and a small social chatting after a long day of skiing. Very friendly and efficient concierge and front desk staff. Excellent location for getting to Aspen Mountain gondola and also the buses that go to other areas.

Great location for Food & Wine Classic! We were able to walk to all the event locations, resturants and shopping. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I have now stayed at Aspen Square at least 20 times in the last few years. I find it to be one of the nicest properties in the Aspen area. The staff is totally responsive to the customers needs. The condos are quite cozy, comfortable, and well furnished. The location couldn't be any better.

Fabulous location, really can't be beat. Very nice staff, always courteous and responsive. Nice unit, although a bit small for the money, but very clean and comfortable. Love the balcony with view of the mountain. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely excellent place to stay! 65 steps to the Ajax gondola (I counted!) and in the middle of everything. The 2 bedroom condo had more than adequate bedroom space and the living room/kitchen area (with fireplace) was great for socializing. Tremendous value in downtown Aspen!

Our 5th stay here. Love the location and the helpful staff - great concierge. This year though the apartment had a horrible 'curry' smell on arrival whch persisted throughout stay despite our best efforts. Also the apartment door was very difficult to secure and lock resulting in it being inadvertently being left open on occasion

The studio unit was very clean, comfortable and spacious enough for two adults. We had a minor plumbing issue in our unit that was promptly and professionally repaired by the maintenance staff in matter of moments. The concierge service was excellent. Hard to beat the location, close to everything fun. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Great location, super condo. We were within walking distance of everything. The condo had just been updated and was gorgeous. Our view of the mountains was superb and the time there couldn't have been better.

Aspen Square is ideally located. It's so nice to be able to step out the front door and be in the heart of town to enjoy all of its offerings. The property is in need of upgrade and attention to detail. Poor sound proofing between floors (we could hear all that our upstairs neighbors did) and the refrigerator (though a very nice model) needed repair.

You can't beat the location of this property. Right in the heart of where all the action is at and across the street from the market. An easy walk to the gondola and all the restaurants and stores. Very nice condo and the front desk was very helpful. Housekeeping seemed to come late every day which was my only complaint. Also, it can be noisy which didn't bother me at all but may bother some. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great location, outdated decor, would definitely stay there again. Perfect for 4 people, had a lot of fun and had a GREAT view of the mountain/slopes. Would recommend but it is a bit pricy for the conditions of the condo.

Best weekend getaway we've ever had! Aspen Square is literally right in the heart of EVERYTHING Aspen is famous for. Only complaint is small/tight parking garage, but other than that- a true 10 of a stay. Every unit is different, so be sure to check out a few different rooms/studios if possible.

Location, location, location, outstanding guest care, a parking spot, and wonderful cozyness is what this property has going for it - which is a lot. The only drawback during my visit: the unit's furniture was tired.

Outstanding location. We were greeted with music, wine, cheese and fruit in the lobby (is this unusual?). New umbrellas for the 3 rainy days, thanks to the great staff. Housekeeping was excellent. Great studio, well furnished. The only minus: mushy, saggy bed with thin sheets: this was glaringly inconsistant with the excellence of every other diminsion. Parking is tight, but appreciated.

Hard to beat the location. However, the housekeeping standards leave room for improvement. We arrived to find used toiletries and less than sparkling surfaces throughout the unit.

We were especially disappointed that the "hot tub" and pool were both cold after a day of skiing in inclement weather. We also were unable to control the heating in the condo and had to sleep with the air conditioning on in mid-April to avoid burning up at night. Perhaps some of the heat from the condo could be diverted to the pool and hot tub?

Management Reponse:
The Aspen Square staff works hard to pursue the highest standards of cleanliness and service, and when things are not 100% right, we immediately respond. We do have maintenance issues that arise from time to time, and they are quickly addressed, like the one time this winter that we had boiler problems with our pool and hot tub. When problems arise, we are on them right away! People who stay here like our property and our service. That is why they come back time after time! We appreciate this guest's input that will help make us better.

Great location for gondola and market. Quality of condos varies...some are much nicer than others. Service varies. Aspen Square should offer airport pick up.
