- High Country Shipping answers questions and provides clients with their options.
- HCS sends Federal-Express shipping labels in advance, arranges for luggage pick-up and then monitors the progress of luggage until its on-time arrival.
- Luggage is received by HCS at its local facility and clients are informed via email.
- High Country Shipping then delivers or pick-ups luggage seven-days a week at any location through its local luggage concierge.

How to Ship Bags to Aspen/Snowmass via UPS
Aspen/Snowmass Luggage Delivery saves you time at the airport and makes travel more convenient by providing 2 Day Air delivery via UPS®. You can schedule shipments by filling out the form below or by calling 800-679-3146.You have the option of dropping off baggage at a nearby UPS location or scheduling an on-call pick-up at a residence or place of business.
Aspen/Snowmass Luggage Delivery scheduling is based on UPS operating hours and the UPS holiday schedule, which are subject to change without notice. Shipments cannot be picked up, dropped off or delivered on Sundays.
Baggage can be shipped to the U.S. address of your choice. For most addresses, baggage will be delivered by 5 p.m. (local time) the two days after it is received by UPS.
Luggage Delivery labels will be attached to baggage using specialized UPS luggage tags. These tags will be provided sent to you in your pre-departure Luggage Delivery package.
Shipments are covered according to Aspen/Snowmass Luggage Delivery's checked baggage liability policy.
