About John Denver Week

Come to Aspen for the 12th annual celebration of the life and music of John Denver. Friends and "The World Family of John Denver" host an array of events from concerts to picnics. All events support the expansion of the late singer's music, beliefs and ideas.

Friends with You Concert

The FRIENDS WITH YOU band invites you to spend a special evening of music and memories as they re-introduce some of John Denver's best loved songs. Band members, Mark Cormican, Chris Collins, Kevin Delmolino and Paul Swanton will perform this 5th Annual Tribute to John Denver at the Aspen Community Church at 2:00 p.m. (doors open at 1:30 p.m.) Tickets go on sale on March 1st. Cost per ticket is $15.

Pine Creek Cookhouse III event new DVD premier.

11:00am - 3:00pm "Friends With You" Band will perform. Contact:Jennifer windwalker@samsco.org Directions From Aspen: Take Main Street (Highway 82 West) going out of town toward the Aspen Airport. At the roundabout exit onto Castle Creek Road. You will pass the hospital almost immediately on your right. Follow Castle Creek Road for 11 miles to the road's end. Our King Cabin Nordic Center will be to your right. Driving Time Approximately 30 minutes.

Mark Cormican - A Concert for Vital Ground.

Mark will perform original and cover songs in this environmentally themed concert which will benefit the Vital Ground Organization. The concert will begin at 7:00pm. Tickets are $15.00.
